SUMMER YOUTH INTRODUCTION TO SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
*Our summer program is an introduction to long-term athletic development. Long-term athletic development is the beginning phase of true sports performance training. It lays the foundation for all training that will come throughout an athlete’s sports career.
*Fundamental lift and movement patterns, understanding of programming, correct and effective preparation and recovery methods will all be introduced.
*Training will be conducted by our staff who have extensive experience working with athletes of all levels, from youth to professional. See our staff here → Our Team
*Sessions will be 2x/week and will begin Monday, June 1st. We will have morning options on Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fri; we will have afternoon options on Mon, Tue, Wed, and Thu
*We will conduct pre- and post-program assessments to measure and track progress. Assessments will also ensure readiness to begin the program.
