We are able to individualize programming to improve mobility, movement literacy, motor control, maximal strength, explosive power, speed, agility, and complete athletic performance.
At TORK, we pride ourselves on a comprehensive approach to development, which seeks to create a force/velocity profile for each athlete and construct training systems that account for specific limitations, inefficiencies, and sport-specific demands. This approach optimizes each athlete’s performance while also serving to reduce injury risk.
