Unlock Your Full Potential on the Mound

At TORK Sports Performance, we believe pitchers deserve instruction that blends elite biomechanics, sports medicine insight, and performance coaching.
Meet Coach Nick Walker
Doctor of Physical Therapy | Driveline-Certified Pitching Instructor | Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
- A former NCAA Division I pitcher and catcher at Liberty University, Coach Nick Walker brings a rare combination of clinical medical training and high-level pitching instruction to every athlete he works with.
- Nick is Driveline Baseball Certified, meaning his instruction is grounded in the industry’s most respected, data-driven pitching development model—including biomechanics, workload management, velocity development, and evidence-based throwing programs. This certification ensures his coaching aligns with modern pitching science, not outdated cues or guesswork.
- He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the gold standard certification for designing evidence-based strength, power, and speed programs for athletes. This ensures every pitcher’s throwing program is supported by properly progressed strength training that enhances performance while minimizing injury risk.
- Nick is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy who evaluates pitchers through a bifocal medical and biomechanical lens. This dual expertise allows pitchers to train harder, smarter, and safer, with every adjustment made in the context of long-term arm health and performance.
